Veronika is a leading expert in capital markets. For over ten years, she has specialized in financial law. She advises financial institutions at all stages – from obtaining the initial license, through daily operations and compliance, to expanding permissions and international operations.
Professional History

The economic daily E15 included Veronika among the top inspiring women of the Czech financial world in the #FinWomen in 2022 project. Legal500 named her an expert in banking, finance and capital markets(for 2023). She regularly appears in the Top 100 Women in Czech Legal Business in the category of banking, finance and capital markets (this list was created as part of Cover Story’s #First100Years project, as a tribute to women in law, and is prepared in cooperation with Týdeník Euro).
Veronika is involved in licensing procedures and negotiations with the Czech National Bank. She regularly trains client representatives and the general public on Czech and European regulations, with an emphasis on market opportunities and possibilities.
